Healthy Breast Massage, Cheryl Chapman, RN, HN-BC, NCTMB, LMT
September 2017 - Parsippany, NJ
Cheryl is a breast health advocate & teacher & lectures on breast health nationally. She is the author of The Happy Breast Book and the creator of PHLUFF the Girls for good breast health. She has been an approved continuing education provider by the National Certified Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 1992.

This was my first continuing education course after obtaining my license. Most academic massage schools, like the one I graduated from, don't address breast health. I felt the topic was too important and there are too few therapists, male or female, offering breast massage to their clients. I chose to attend Cheryl's training because she is an authority on women's health.

Anatomy Review Workshop, Neck & Back, Vickie Branch, DOMP, LMT
June 2018 - Portsmouth, NH
Vickie Branch is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Manual Osteopath, Cadaver Anatomy Instructor, and Graston Practitioner. She is an approved provider in continuing education for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is also the AMTA Government Relations representative for New Hampshire.

I signed up this class in part to get a refresher on the muscle groups, but mostly because I was excited for the opportunity to meet and work with Vickie. I'd had numerous email correspondence with her as a graduating student and she helped clarify my path forward as a therapist. Vickie's Website

Introduction to Esalen Massage, Robin Fann-Costanzo, LMBT, RYT
October 2018 - Asheville, NC
Robin has been working at the Esalen Institute and internationally since 1992 as an Esalen massage staff member, instructor, and registered yoga teacher. In 2012 at the World Massage Festival, Robin was honored for her years of dedication in the field of massage and bodywork, by being inducted into the World Massage Hall of Fame!

I have always been interested in Esalen massage and its slow, relaxing, not-so-clinical approach. Esalen originated, and is primarily taught, in Big Sur, Califronia. I would have happily travelled to California to train with Robin. Fortunately, she opened Stillpoint Wellness in North Carolina.
